## What Love2PDF does

Love2PDF provides 8 free online PDF tools. Most tools run entirely in the browser using JavaScript — no file upload, no server, no account required. For tools that require server processing (like PDF compression using Ghostscript), files are handled in memory and deleted immediately after download.

## Tools available

- Merge PDF (/merge-pdf): Combine multiple PDF files into one. Client-side. No upload. No file count limit.
- Split PDF (/split-pdf): Extract pages, page ranges, or split every page into its own file. Client-side. No upload.
- Rotate PDF (/rotate-pdf): Rotate individual pages or entire document 90, 180, or 270 degrees permanently. Client-side. No upload.
- Reorder PDF Pages (/reorder-pdf-pages): Drag and drop to rearrange page order. Client-side. No upload.
- PDF to Image (/pdf-to-image): Convert PDF pages to JPG or PNG at standard or high resolution. Client-side. No upload.
- Image to PDF (/image-to-pdf): Convert JPG, PNG, or WebP images to a PDF document. Client-side. No upload.
- Watermark PDF (/watermark-pdf): Add customisable text watermark to every page. Client-side. No upload.
- Compress PDF (/compress-pdf): Reduce PDF file size using Ghostscript server processing. File handled in memory, deleted immediately after download. Coming soon — waitlist available.

## Privacy model

For browser-based tools: files never leave the user's device. Processing happens in the browser tab using pdf-lib and PDF.js. Nothing is transmitted to Love2PDF servers.

For server-based tools: files are transmitted over HTTPS, processed in server memory only (never written to disk), and deleted automatically when the download completes. No file contents are logged or retained.
